The Town of York, ME has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to maintain the Assessor's online database. The information provided in this database is the basis of valuation for each Town of York, ME property for the April 1, 2008 grand list.In an effort to maintain property values at 100% of fair market value the Town of York will be updating property values on an annual basis.
