The Assessor's Office, in conjunction with Tyler Technologies/CLT, has completed the assessment process of all properties in North Branford. The assessments herein represent the 2010 values based on the current revaluation, after any changes made by the Board of Assessment Appeals.

The adjusted Grand List, along with other pertinent information regarding other Town revenues, vs the Town's expenses, is how the mill rate was set. The mill rate for the 2010 Grand List is 27.77. This mill rate will be applied for the July 2011 & January 2012 tax bills.
