Overview of Current Market Conditions

The following two charts illustrate why values increased on this revaluation. The last revaluation was completed in 2002. Since that time, you will see that, according to real estate data publisher Warren Group, single family and condo property values have steadily increased over the 5 year period between revaluations (2002-2007). With the exception of single family properties, which showed a small, downturn in 2007, less than 2%, the chart shows that all values increased steadily and are higher in 2007 than they were in 2002.
