Welcome to the Vision Appraisal Technology Assessor’s database for the Town of Goshen, CT. The Town of Goshen has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The information provided in the database reflects the preliminary assessed valuation for each individual Town of Goshen property for the October 1, 2007 grand list. This database also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process (SEE TAXPAYER INFORMATION).
Please note: The previous assessment was as of October 1, 2002. The new assessments reflect values as of October 1, 2007. Despite recent market turmoil, average sale prices have increased over the 5 year period from 2002-2007. The final assessed values will be available after February 29, 2008 when the grand list is signed. The mill rate for the July 2008 billing will be established following the May 28, 2008 Town Meeting.
