The Town of Dedham, MA has contracted with Vision Government Solutions Inc. (formerly known as Vision Appraisal Technology)of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The information provided in this database is the basis of valuation for each Town of Dedham, MA property for the January 1, 2012 grand list. This database also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process and allows for questions regarding a specific properties description or valuation. FY2013 values are based on sales activity during calendar year 2011. Both the Assessors office and Vision Government Solutions Inc.
