Welcome to the Vision Appraisal Technology Assessor’s database for the Town of Windsor Locks, CT. The Town of Windsor Locks has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The Information provided in this database reflects the new assessed valuation for each individual Town of Windsor Locks property for the Oct. 1, 2008 Grand List. ***A Comment on Current Market Conditions*** Revaluations completed in 2008 are updating property values from those established in 2003.
It is important to note that although the current economic downturn has negatively affected property values, in most cases, those values have not yet declined to levels established in 2003. Therefore, values in your Community may still show an increase from 2003.
