Welcome to the Town of West Tisbury online assessment database. The information provided here reflects Fiscal year 2010 property valuations, which have an assessment date of 1/1/2009. Fiscal 2010 runs from July 1, 2009 thru June 30, 2010. To arrive at these values, property sales from calendar years 2007 and 2008 were reviewed and analyzed to determine trends in the marketability of all properties.

A new feature this year is the addition of the previous years assessment. Showing both values will allow taxpayers to see what changes have been made in their assessment since the previous year.

The FY2010 tax rate is $4.46.
