Bear in mind that by CT State law the appraisal date of all revaluations is October 1. Sales recorded after that date are not allowed to be used in the rigid performance testing that is required to certify the revaluation with the CT Office of Policy and Management. For Weston the appraisal date is October 1, 2008 for all properties and subsequent appeals.
Final assessment notices for the October 2010 grand list were mailed on January 31, 2011.
