Click your refresh or reload button.


Instead of the normal page loading, I get a run time error

Return to the Vision Appraisal main page and re-login to the database your were trying to access.

If that fails, check the version of the browser you are using. If you are not using Internet Explorer 5 or higher, or Netscape 6 or higher, the Vision Appraisal page will not load properly.

The on-screen display does not line up properly

Your screen resolution may be set to low.

The page is optimized for viewing at 800 X 600 resolution (the map page is optimized on 1027 x 768 resolution) or higher. Click the "Start" button. Then highlight the "Settings" icon. Click "Control Pannel". Next, click the "Display" icon. Click on the last tab on the right called "Settings". If the "Desktop Area" is set to less than 800 X 600 (ie 640 X 480), increase it to 800 X 600.
