Welcome to the Appraisal Vision Assessor's database for the Town of Standish.The Town of Standish has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The information provided in this database is the basis of valuation for each Town of Standish property for the April 1st, 2004 commitment list. The 2004-2005 tax rate is estimated at $12 dollars per thousand; this will not be finalized until after the informal hearings are completed.
Any exemptions for which you are entitled are not included in this valuation but will be applied to your tax bill.
