The City of Saco, MaineAssessor's Online Database City assessments are as of April 1, 2008. Our municipal ratio is 100% of current market value. The municipal fiscal year is July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, and the current tax rate is $13.42 per thousand of assessed value. New values and tax rate are set on or about August 5th of each year. Homestead, veteran's and blind exemptions are not included in this database, but will be credited to the tax bills for those eligible homeowners.
