The Assessors of the Town of Rutland, MA have contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Masssachusetts to host this website.
The values that appear on our web page are approved by the Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2010 tax billing and will reflect in your actual tax billing that will be due February 1, 2010.
We are very pleased to announce that Vision Appraisal is now working with the Assessor's office to establish values. They will be out inspecting homes and beginning a revaluation in the Town of Rutland for fiscal year 2011. The Assessors are asking for your cooperation when they arrive at your home for inspections. This will verify that we are assessing you properly.
