The Town of Richmond, RI has contracted with Vision Government Solutions, Inc of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project for 2010. The information provided in this database is the basis of valuation for each real estate parcel as of 12/31/2010. The last reassessment was completed as of 12/31/2007. Changes in assessments represent all the changes in the market place over this three year period.
This data represents values prior to review by property owners and will not be finalized until the review and hearing process is complete. At that time any changes resulting from the hearings will be posted to this database. This database also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process.
Both the Assessors office and Vision Appraisal Technology would like to thank the Town of Richmond, RI residents for their cooperation throughout this important project.
