The Town of Old Lyme has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state-mandated revaluation project. The information provided in this database is the basis of the valuation for each Old Lyme property as of Oct. 1, 2009. This database also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process. The last revaluation in Old Lyme was done as of Oct. 1, 2004. At this time, a level of assessment equaling 70% of full market value was employed. The current assessments also represent 70% of full market value. The values shown on this site now represent the final results of all the hearing reviews conducted in November and December of 2009.
