WHAT'S NEW

Update for May, 2004

  • Additional fields have been added to provide more information about a parcel. Added items include Land Neighborhood, Land Zone, Land Units in Acres or Square Feet .
  • Individual Towns now have the ability to add logos or images to their Welcome page.
  • Code Description Summary pages have been added for Subarea Codes, Land use codes, Outbuilding codes and Extra Feature Codes.

    Sales Search Upgrade
  • Now the Sales Search allows multiple Styles to be selected at the same time.
  • Additional selection criteria have been added including Building Model type, Living Area Size Range, and Land Area Size Range.
  • The ability on display more that 50 matching sales has been added.

    Gis Enhancements
  • Additional zoom levels where added and well as an expanded Abutter's Listing distances of 400 and 500 ft .
  • Abutter's list can be exported to Excel directly from the Webpage.
  • Every Parcel now has a link to Yahoo! Maps.

Update for May, 2003

  • The Assessor's On-line Database has undergone a major upgrade to improve performance.
  • The search engine has been imporved to more accurately return results. Also, if your search results in more than 50 matches, you will find a next button at the bottom of the search page for the next 50 results.
  • The popular specialized sales and street listing searches are still available at the top of the parcel search screen.
  • Previous values are now displayed (where available).

Update for April, 2003

  • The look has been changed to make the entire site more readable.
  • Street and Aerial Maps have been added (where available). Click on the "Show Map" link once you have selected a parcel.
