This database provides you with information on each parcel of real estate in Northford and North Branford. It also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process.

The assessments represent values as of October 1, 2009.

The Town has contracted Tyler Technologies/CLT to assist and complete its 2010 Revaluation. All assessment information will be processed using Vision Appraisal's software and made available on Vision's web page.

Field inspections and reviews are being conducted throughout town. Homeowners have received data mailers requesting verification of property information. Commercial and Industrial properties are being measured and listed. Market analysis will commence over the summer. Final values will be set during the fall for the Grand List of 2010. A new Assessment Notice will be mailed to every property owner in Northford/North Branford in the late fall of 2010.
