FISCAL 2009
The State mandated revaluation & cyclical inspection of all real estate & personal property is complete. The cyclical was completed over a 3 year period of time and was last done 10 years ago. The cyclical is a re-measure of structures and interior inspections. The cycical inspection picked up any required changes in property assessments(whether an increase or decrease).ALL NEW VALUES ARE BASED ON SALES FROM THE CALENDAR YEAR 2007.
