This database has been provided to allow access to the data compiled for the 2005 Revaluation. The current values shown were derived for tax purposes by Vision Appraisal and the Assessor's office in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes. All owners of taxable real estate within Marlborough were mailed notification of their proposed assessments on November 17th, 2005. Informal Hearings were conducted in December. The current values listed on this website reflect the changes made during the hearing process and are the final assessments for the 2005 Grand List. Any questions and/or appeals requests should be directed to the assessor's office. We wish to thank the residents of Marlborough for their cooperation throughout the revaluation project.
