Real Estate Assessment Information Site. This site provides assessed values and physical characteristics extracted from the official assessment records for all residential and commercial properties in the City of Manassas, Virginia. The information may be searched by property address, tax map reference number or assessment account number. Under Virginia State law these records are public information and display on the Internet is specifically authorized by Virginia Code 58.1-3122.2.
Please note that the assessment account number is NOT the same account number used by the City Treasurer for tax purposes.
Real estate assessment information is updated each month. If you need more current information, please contact the Real Estate Division at 703-257-8263.
