Tax (Mill) Rate for 2011 is $20.91.
Equalized Value Rate (Sales Ratio) for 2010 is 102.8%.
The 2011 Equalized Value Rate should be available at the beginning of 2012. The date is dependant on the release of the data by the NHDRA.
Tax Maps are not available online; they are available during normal business hours at Town Hall.
If you feel that your property assessment is incorrect, you may be able to appeal your assessment. You may file for abatement on your 2011 Property Valuation from November 9, 2011 until March 1, 2012. Please visit the Town of Hollis website at www.hollis.nh.us or the Assessing Office during normal business hours for an Abatement Application.
