Welcome to the Appraisal Vision Assessor's database for the Town of Holland, Massachusetts. The Town of Holland has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology, Inc., of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project for Fiscal Year 2010. The values currently available here are for Fiscal Year 2010 (July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010), and have an assessment date of January 1, 2009. New values were determined using through statistical analysis of sales that took place in 2007 and 2008. This website will allow the user to search for properties by street address, by owner name, or by map-block-lot. This database also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process. Property owners are encouraged to use this database to compare their property to similar properties within the Town of Holland. Both the Board of Assessors and Vision Appraisal Technology, Inc., would like to thank the residents of Holland for their cooperation throughout this important project.
