The residential values are based on Calendar Year 2007 arms-length sales and are in no way reflective of current market trends.This website allows all users to search for properties by street address, by owner's name or by map-lot-block. When searching by street address you must use the following abbreviations: ST for Street, RD for Road, and CR for Circle. Do not use punctuations. All users may also find comparable sales using style of improvements and time frame as parameters.
