Welcome to the Vision Appraisal Technology Assessor’s database for the Town of Haddam, CT. The town has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The information provided reflects the new assessments for the October 1, 2010 Grand List. The last revaluation was effective October 1, 2005. If you wish to review your assessment at an informal hearing with a representative of Vision Appraisal please follow the instructions on your assessment notice.
