The Fiscal Year 2009 valuations and information currently available are based on an assessment date of January 1, 2008 and analysis of sales which occurred in calendar year 2007. The Fiscal Year 2009 residential tax rate is $9.60 per $1,000 of assessed value and the commercial/industrial/personal property tax rate is $10.24 per $1,000 of assessed value. Valuations and property information are updated annually following approval by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Deed activity will be updated periodically.
