This database has been provided to allow access to the data compiled for the 2010 Revaluation. The current values shown were derived for tax purposes by Vision Appraisal and the Assessor's office in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes. Property owners wishing to have their new Assessments reviewed with a representative of Vision Appraisal Technology may do so by calling (888) 844-4300 to set up an appointment. Calls will be taken Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM through November 19, 2010. Informal Hearings will be held at the Ellington Town Hall by appointment only. Please keep in mind that operators making appointments cannot discuss values or property data. You are welcomed and encouraged to bring supporting documentation which may affect your property value. Please bring copies of documentation; originals will not be returned. We wish to thank the residents of Ellington for their cooperation throughout the revaluation project.
