This database has been provided to allow access to the data compiled for the 2005 Revaluation. The current values shown were derived for tax purposes by Vision Appraisal and the Assessor's office in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes.

All owners of taxable real estate within Ellington were mailed notification of their proposed assessments on November 23rd, 2005. Informal Hearings were conducted in December with Vision Appraisal staff members to allow the public to ask questions and request further review of their assessment.

The values shown here reflect the final assessments after this review by Vision Appraisal and the Assessor's office. Further questions and/or assessment appeals should be directed to the Assessor's office.
