Welcome to the Assessor's Online database for the Town of Edgartown, Massachusetts. The Town has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology, Inc., of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with installation and maintenance of the Assessing Department Database.

Edgartown completed an interim adjustment of all property values in late 2008. The valuations presented here are for FY2009 (July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009) and have an assessment date of January 1, 2008. The interim adjustment was approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Values were updated based upon calendar year 2007 property sales. The FY2009 tax rate of $2.91 per thousand was certified by the Department of Revenue on 12/17/2008.

The website will allow the user to search for properties by street address, by owner name, or by map-block-lot. An explanation of the revaluation process is also available.
