The Town of Eastford, CT has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The information provided in this database is the basis of valuation for each real estate parcel as it pertains to the 10/1/2007 Grand List. This database also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process. Both the Assessors office and Vision Appraisal Technology would like to thank the Town of Eastford, CT residents for their cooperation throughout this important project. Please do not multiply the new assessment by the current mill rate. A new mill rate will be established in the spring of 2008.
