What is labeled 2008 value is in reality the old assessments, in most cases established in 2003.The proposed values are the "Current" values. The information furnished is for the convenience of the user and is not the official public record of the Town.The Town is completing a data update in 2008.These values will be finalized for the tax bill. Until then they should be considered DRAFT or proposed. This database is considered to be a public record, although it is not a complete compilation of Durham’s assessing records.
