The Town of Dudley has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist in the state mandated interim adjustments. These interim adjustments have been completed for fiscal year 2009. The assessed values have been certified by the Department of Revenue and represent "Full and Fair Cash Value" as of January 1, 2008 for Fiscal Year 2009. The Fiscal Year 2009 tax rate is $8.21.We encourage you to look over our data and contact us if you find any discrepancies.
