The Town of Dudley has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist in the state mandated revaluation project. This project has been completed for fiscal year 2012. The assessed values have been certified by the Department of Revenue and represent "Full and Fair Cash Value" as of January 1, 2011 for Fiscal Year 2012. The tax rate for fiscal year 2012 is $10.90 per $1,000 in value. We encourage you to review our data and contact us if you find any discrepancies.
