The Town of Dedham, MA has contracted with Vision Appraisal Technology of Northboro, Massachusetts to assist with the state mandated revaluation project. The information provided in this database is the basis of valuation for each Town of Dedham, MA property for the January 1, 2008 grand list. This database also provides the user with an explanation of the revaluation process and allows for questions regarding a specific properties description or valuation. FY2009 values are based on sales activity during calendar year 2007.
