All owners of taxable real estate within Colebrook were mailed notification of their proposed assessments on December 29th, 2005. The current values listed on this website reflect those proposed assessments.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a technical difficulty over the New Year's holiday weekend, the building sketches posted here between Dec 29th and Jan 1st were incorrect. This issue has been corrected and the proper building sketch now shows for all improved properties. We apologize for any initial confusion this may have caused.

Final Assessments for the 2005 Grand List will be posted shortly after the conclusion of the informal hearing process.
