The values displayed here represent the market value of real estate as of 12/31/2007. The last reassessment was completed for 12/31/2004. Although the real estate market has slowed over the last 14 months, values have not returned to 2004 levels. The median selling price for a single family home during 2004 was $345,000, the median sellling price for 2007 was $390,900. The values shown here are preliminary pending reviews during the hearing process. Final values after hearings will be posted once the hearings and reviews are completed.
