This data is a summary of the details used in the valuation of the 10/1/2004 reassessment program for the Town of Branford. The new assessment represents 70% of full market value. If you wish to question your valuation, please contact the Branford Assessor's Office.The Town of Branford is beginning a new revaluation that will be based on market values as of 10/1/2009 per State Law. The Town has hired Vision Appraisal to assist the Assessor's Office with this full revaluation project. Data collectors will begin visiting homes starting in early September 2008. Data collectors will carry photo IDs and be registered with the Branford Police Department and the Assessor's Office. A revaluation office will be set up in the Town Hall during this project. We will be adding additional information on the revaluation at this site as the project develops.
