This data is a summary of the details used in the valuation of the 10/1/2009 reassessment program for the Town of Branford. The new assessment represents 70% of full market value. The hearing and review process for the 2009 revaluation is now complete. The values shown on this site reflect any and all changes from the revaluation hearings. Please review the data contained in the Taxpayer Information tab and the Overview of Market Conditions section for data on real estate trends since the last reassessment in 2004.
