Vistors to this site are able to view parcel information for each property within the Town including photographs, detailed descriptions and assessed values.

Information provided in this database represents assessed property values as of January 1, 2009 for Fiscal Year 2010. Residential values are based upon an analysis of sales from calendar year 2007 and 2008. Changes in market conditions subsequent to January 1, 2009, will not be reflected in the FY2010 assessments. Sales from calendar year 2009 will be analyzed and utilized for next years assessments (fiscal year 2011).

Note that the State requires Fiscal Year 2010 tax bills to reflect ownership as of January 1, 2009. The tax rate for FY2009 for all classes of property was $3.49 per thousand. On December 1, 2009 at 5:00 PM the Board of Selectmen in conjunction with the Board of Assessors will determine the Classification of Properties and Minimum Residential Factor.
